- 32 ounces vegetable broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can no salt added diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped baby spinach leaves

Absolutely delicious!!! After the soup was done I used my emersion blender. I will make this again and again
So far only recipes found that look doable.
