Ingredients
- 1 can pinto or black beans, drained, rinsed and mashed
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp flour of choice
- 1/2 cup cooked diced vegetables (whatever you might have on hand such as roasted carrots or sweet potatoes, peppers, zucchini, even frozen and cooked broccoli or cauliflower)
